Thanks for the link! Not much sense getting my hopes up regarding a death certificate, it would seem. I think it costs about $50 & it would seem to have no parental information whatsoever? :cry: alysone

In that case it's probably safer to wait for the 1911 census, either England/Wales or Scotland, rather than run the risk of heading off down the wrong track.
