Having lived in Europe for many years, I have difficulty with Scottish geography. I've heard that the people in this group are very halpful and polite even under stress.
Could you tell me please "Where is Edinburgh?
Enjoy Christmas day wherever you are.

Hello Catriona,
I have never been able to understand why the French can not pronounce "Paris" correctly.

I always thought Edinburgh, North Carolina was about 465 miles south of Aberdeen, Maryland.

And let's not discriminate against ..........
Edina, Minnisota
Edina, Missouri
Edinboro, Pennsylvania
Edinburg, Illinois
Edinburg, Indiana
Edinburg, Maine
Edinburg, Mississippi
Edinburg, Missouri
Edinburg, New York
Edinburg, North Dakota
Edinburg, Texas
Edinburg, Virginia
Edinburgh, Tristan da Cuhna
Edinburgh, Virginia
Edinburgh, Queensland
Edenburg, Orange Free State
Edinburg, Latvia
The compiler of the book
"The Name's the Same" obviously overlooked N Carolina, or is my lack of USA geography letting me down?
