Mitchell Library.....

Does anyone know how long it takes for the Mitchell Library to answer e-mail enquiries?

I sent in a couple about 3 weeks ago and I've not heard anything since not even an acknowledgement. Is this the norm? Would I be better phoning? Should I give up!

I don't know about email but I phoned them yesterday with a request and recieved a form to fill in for photocopying in the post this morning - most impressed! Maybe try a phone call? It seemed to work for me :D

Hi Caroline. The only time I got in touch with The Mitchell, they were most helpful, gave me a list of all relevant documents and looked up for me the relevant pages and emailed me. Very prompt too. Hope you get satisfaction soon. I would resend query.
