Grahams arriving in Oz 1855 .....

Post by Jo G » Mon Nov 20, 2006 9:41 pm

Seeking contact with anyone else researching William Graham (from Perth) and his wife Margaret Scott, along with children William and Margaret who left Scotland for Australia. They arrived in Oz on the "Anna" in Feb 1855. I have copies of the passenger list but would love to know what happened to the family thereafter.

If anyone is researching the same family I would be delighted to share info.

Hello Jo

Have you tried using the "Search" (Key words for searching) located at the top of TS's homepage. If you plug in the name of "Graham" you find at least 3 pages, which mention the name. Take a look, who know's you may find a connection :?:

And then over on Rootsweb, searching the surname of "Graham" you'll find http://userdb.rootsweb.com/aus/cgi-bin/ ... me=william

Regards
Marilyn

Hi Jo

Having grown up in Sydney NSW, I find a lot of my lot in the NSW online BD&M site. There are heaps of Graham's there too, way too many for me to suggest a hit. You would know the grandparents names etc to confirm the adult William & Margaret's death entries.

I see they arrived in Sydney, so that site should give you lots of entries hopefully.

Searchinf this site is free too !!!
Good luck, Kym
