I have to add my "pat on the back" to the SP staff, too ... they have been quick to respond and mail out copies for me, too.

Well done!

I also think SP doing a great job. Whenever I have had a problem, they quickly get back to me. I think that they are the best online genealogy group in existance.

Well done Roslyn.

Here is another gold star for Eileen Thomson at the GRO!
I sent off a contact form to Scotlandspeople after being unable to find my 2xgreat grandparents, Charles and Helen Jones and family on the 1861 Census. I knew they should have been there as Helen had their youngest child in May 1861 at Park Road, Hamilton.
Eileen replied by email that she could not find them either and they may not have been in Scotland but she would have a look when time permitted. Yesterday I received in the post a photocopy of the page of the census containing the family living at 7 Park Road - they were not in the index!!
Well done Eileen, from a very grateful 2xgreatgranddaughter!

I must say that Eileen & Allison are the two (2) with which I have had the greatest number of communications. I have nothing but the greatest respect for them 8)
