Yes, I noticed this - I just replied anyway to thank Alison.

What I don't understand is:
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND DIRECTLY TO THIS EMAIL. AS ALL CALLS ARE LOGGED.
FURTHER / ADDITIONAL QUERIES SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE CONTACT FORM
What sort of sentence is "AS ALL CALLS ARE LOGGED". ?
(And why, if they are keen on full stops, is there no full stop after "FURTHER / ADDITIONAL QUERIES SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE CONTACT FORM" ?)

OK, OK I'm being pedantic. :roll:
