As far as I remember you would need to create parents - I have one couple back in 16-something called imaginatively, Unknown & er...Unknown - then you can add kids to them, so that would be a sibling to whoever it is you are dealing with.
Legacy has a really good Help section - its along the righthand end of the menu bar. If you go to Help>Contents you can see lots of subjects. Click on any one of them and it expands to show more. e.g. Step-by-step instructions or Tutorial Lessons help you to get to know the problem in a reasonably pain-free way.
