1871 census index: Gros data but no district or city/county

I was just reviewing some previous searches on Scotland's People, and noticed this entry:

Year: '1871'
Surname: 'DYER'
Forename: 'ROBERT'
sex: 'M'
age: '10'
District: ' '
City/County: '/'
GROS Data: '644/10 052/10 016'
Image: 'VIEW (5 CREDITS)'
Extract: 'ORDER'

It seems strange to me that the GROS data is there (and looks like it should be in Glasgow), but the district and city/county fields are blank.

I feel like I should bring it to the attention of the SP folk, but first I want to confirm that is this, indeed, a problem.

Is there some bit of knowledge which I lack that makes the correctness of it clear?

This is a problem that SP are aware of (and hopefully near to resolving). The district is Glasgow Hutchesontown.
