Hi,

Could someone please help me i am been trying to download a cert from scotlandspeople on my comp but its not downloading, is anyone else having problems with this or am i doing somethink wrong.

Hi Zena

I just had a similar problem. I used to be set to ActiveX but something seems to have changed so I decided to change 'My details' (the extreme right of the Home page) scroll down and check what you are set for. It should be 'Direct Download' if you are in the habit of saving certs directly to your computer. I tried Java script ages ago and it played up so I changed settings.
Direct Download offers TIFF inmages which are much larger than the .jpeg images lots of folk use but you can convert to a smaller .jpg file if space is limited on your hard drive.

Hi Russell,

Thank you for that still having problems this time with adobe reader i will have to down load the programme again and try again, had no problems when i was on windows changed to vista and now cant download certs.
