Personal Details

I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this problem when using SP. I tried to log in the other day and use what was left of my credits. I have so many passwords that I forgot the one I was using for SP. I followed the 'forgotten password' link and waited patiently for my new password. It never came. I did this on a number of occasions, still nothing. I wrote to SP and they reset it for me and ask me to check my PC for blocks on the website etc...

Anyway I immediately logged on to change the password and found someone else's e-mail address in my personal details. They were not known to me and it also appeared in my 'check-out' details. It is of great concern to me that all my password requests were being sent to this address (not mine) and anything else I had been doing. Thankfully my credit card is not held on file.

Would be interested to hear from anyone else.

Thanks,

Prento

Prento

Welcome To TalkingScot! It sounds like this is a question you should be asking Scothlandspeople's Technical Support Team about? But I personally have not experienced this difficulty. Best Wishes with your future research.

Thanks for the reply Marilyn. It's since been sorted out and I'm up and running again.
