After putting in all the required information this is the response

System is currently unavailabe, sorry for the inconvenience!

Anyone have any experience of this and how long it lasts for ?................. and why does this only happen when you are itching to find someone !

I've only had the experience (awhile ago) of taking the money & not giving the credits - and that usually happens on the weekend - or during my daytime when one has to wait for UK working hours to get it fixed

I am assuming it is the bank system that was down - if the bank is doing maintenance this presumably can happen - my online banking system has a maintenance session for a few hours every other month.
