Help with viewed Images

I have paid too view images. But now it sayin it will cost me 5 credits too view again . I have veiwed them on a number off occassions this is the first time it is askin me too pay again.
What will i do

Are you looking at them from your 'VIEWED IMAGES' section of Scotland's People?

You shouln't have to pay again for anything from there .

Send them a contact form as soon as you can.

I have tried viewin them again from both ,my previous viewed images and timeline .

Send in a contact form -
go to the 'contact us' section at the foot of any of the pages of Scotlands people and tell them what is happening.

That's the best advice I can offer.

I had the same problem with images, plus a few others since they changed over to the new format.
I lost all my previous records from 4 parishes, which luckily I had saved.
SP informed me that I had not paid to view these Parish pages.
I told them it was odd then, that I had saved them onto a word Document direct from their site.
Then I could not use my password, which is the same one i have been using since it was Scots Origins.
I sent a few messages to them, some they answered some they didn't.
In fairness, at the end up they did give me 30 credits as "A good will gesture"
And restored my original Password.
