Any problems of this nature that lead to loss of time already paid for, or credits, then please do not hesitate to submit a contact form.
Each contact form submission is registered by ScotlandonLine, and they have to report on a regular basis to GROS on progress in handling the questions and problems raise; those not solved since the last report, and so on.
I believe also that the level of their remuneration from GROS is dependent on achieving defined miminum KPIs = Key Performance Indexes, current commercial jargon for level of payment related to the achievement of various performance standards, e.g. a bag of, say, 6 KPIs, - achieve, say, 95% in all 6 and you receive 100% payment, but dip below that, and the payment is less than 100%, - maybe not by much, but by enough to make it affect profititability ....... it might also be the case that a figure of greater than, say, 95%, leads to a bonus payment!
In other words, to use "out-of-date" jargon, - "payment by results"
