Now I am not known for praising Government Sources but I have just got to tell you about my experience today with SP.
About two years ago (as a very green researcher) I downloaded a cert which was very nearly unreadable. Still it had a transcripted name on it of Helen McGowan. Now there seems to be some doubt as to the translation, following David's advice I emailed them and had a reply within an hour or so asking for more details. I explained it was done two years ago and all I expected was that someone would check on their computer in Edinburgh. Returning from work this evening I had an email from them saying a copy taken from the original book and was on its way to me along with 10 credits added to my account.
Very impressive I thought and many thanks to David for such good advice, and praise for SP.
