has anyone else been having problems over the last few days, viewing records.
I am able to see how many are coming up, but when I try to view them it just goes back to the home page

Hi dave,
I had something similar for a few weeks, When viewing images it sticks on the View and never gets to show the image. I have to log out then log back in again and view a previously viewed image which takes ages to load and once I can see this it allows me to view "new" images. Doesn't make sense I know but it works....
I thought it may have been a problem with Java but I don't know wnough about it.
Cheers
Stuart

Hi Davie,
I had the same problem a few days ago. When I tried to view the new image a blank gray page came up. After several frustrating attempts, I tried my “viewed images” then my “previous searches” and nothing. I logged out then back in again and after reading their info on viewing images changed my download preferences from Active X to Java…error page, then to direct download…error page again. (I think at one point with direct download, I eventually got a link to the name but nothing came up when I clicked on it then after another few attempts the image did come up but I eventually lost it). I contacted SP and received an answer saying they checked my account, the images were fine from there and they weren’t getting any of the same messages I was getting. They suggested that I clear my pc by deleting cookies, etc. I tried that and it still didn’t work. Being very frustrated, I went back to my detail preferences and changed it back and forth from direct download, to Java, to Active X…after a few attempts at trying each of these “preferences” I went back to Active X, and voila…it worked and is now fine.
Regards,
AnneH

Did any of you do the automatic update on Java? That's when I started having problems.
I restored my putter to a date before the Java update and it was fine again.
Strange
