Updated site

Post by sporran » Fri Dec 30, 2005 12:02 pm

Hello all,

the 1905 births, 1930 marriages, and 1955 deaths have been added to the SP site this morning.

Some corrections have been applied, such as misspelt names in indexes, wrong images from results, etc. I am not sure when the cutoff date was, but corrections that I sent in August 2005 were not included.

Please note that any results under "Previous Searches" will be updated automatically. For example, if the result of a search used to show the wrong district and county, this will now show the correct district and county.

I have not looked at any bug fixes, but I did notice that the page numbers in "Previous Searches" worked well.

I shall be tabling thanks to SP in the next User Group meeting, provisionally planned for mid-January.

Regards,

John

David

Just had a wee peek, without buying any more credits and the birth I want is there.

I'll be a good girl and wait for the censuses before I get the birth.

Patience never was my strong point.

What has been published sadly is of no great help to me. The census is going to tell me far more and am getting shivers just thinking about the 1841 and what thats going to reveal !

Happy New Year Everyone

Is there any news on the availability of the RCEs ?

Was finally able to look at my granda's dc in 1955. Went into knightswood Hospital with a broken foot and died of lobar pneumonia.

There is no connection with my asking about the RCEs & this particular death.
