Hi Karen

Click on TOOLS at the top of the home page when you open Internet Explorer - then click on Internet Options - click on the Clear History Button - that will do it.

Hi Karen

Whilst you are in there (TOOLS> Internet Options) it might be an idea under the section which says Temporary Internet Files to click on Delete Files.

Best wishes
Lesley
