Hi Maureen,

I checked a couple of my previously viewed images. They are showing up fine for me - using the "direct download" method.

All the best,

Checked it again and still not able to view any paid and saved images.
Get as far in as "View (Paid) and it goes back to home page :? :? :? :?
cheers,
Maureen

maureen , have you been footering with your toolbar, and for some reason your 'pop-off blocker' is on? This caught me out before.

No ain't been footering with anything, tried that .
Appears to be the that Activex won't open.as all I get is the headers for that. Any ideas ?
It's never happened before so I am puzzled .

Maureen, I'm not particularly good with computers, only on a need to know basis, but I've had this problem before. (If I'm way off here, I'm sure one of our comp whiz kids will correct me.)

Some times I've found that someone else has been using computer, and have used other applications for downloading material, and then comp has defaulted to 'other' application.

If you get the activeX header, can you scroll down to 'refresh' or re-install the application to be your default viewer?

Also have you been to your 'My Details' page on S.P. and tried the link to see if you are still compatible for Active X?

From a Yahoo search for ActiveX

''AlternaTIFF ActiveX control installation
AlternaTIFF ActiveX auto-installation for Internet Explorer. Before you install: AlternaTIFF will configure itself to be Internet Explorer's default TIFF file viewer, but it cannot prevent other applications from changing that setting in the future. ... TIFF support in that application before installing AlternaTIFF. Here are instructions about ...www.alternatiff.com/install - ''

Have you had any recent updates to your computer recently which would affect above?

Last resort- RESTORE Computer to a previous date when you knew the activeX actually worked, (or just chance it for a couple of days ago) being careful to check when you had your last anti-virus update. I don't think you can go before this date, or you may lose an anti-virus update. BUT then I think you can go into your anti-virus and just run an update.

Good Luck
