Hi frances, I logged on successfully abt. 6.00 ish this morning, did another couple of searches, viewed images, then when trying to access another image, I was getting 'Site Unavailable Page.' . Couldn't access any previous images either, though indexes and searches were working fine.

Went back to bed for an hour or so, tried again. I can log on fine, get previous searches and image indexes, but still can't access images. Still getting SITE UNAVAILABLE PAGE.

Hoping it is just teething problems [-o<

Hi Ian

Sounds like the exact same problems that I am having-as you say let's hope it is just teething problems.

Couldn't wait to get started this morning--will just have to be patient and hope that things sort themselves out as the day goes on.

Happy Searching :)

Frances couldn't help noticing you are researching Kelly from Edinburgh
& Ireland. I am a Kelly of Irish descent, my 3x gr grandfather was from Ireland, possibly Dungiven. What is your Kelly connection?

problems logging on

Post by Grace Carrick » Sun Feb 11, 2007 11:47 am

Anyone still having problems logging on? I tried yesterday, hoping to access the new digital parish records and up came the reply 'username and password supplied no users' I pressed the forgotten password button and back came a email message from the unmanned station giving, what looks like a totally different password. anyway fed this in exactly as instructed and still no access, the same message appearing as before and so no access to the my many stored records. I tried today and the same has happened. I have submitted a letter to SP on the contact box, but I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?
