Hi all
Wasn't very sure where to post this but I had a Index and Data don't match on a marraige OPR. Contacted SP last night and got an email today saying Sorry. The Proper Image was ATTACHED to the Email. Got to say I was Impressed. Well done Sp

Too often, I'm afraid, we get involved in carping and criticism when something doesn't go right.

I'd encourage everyone, please, to let us all know when something goes right, most especially excellent service such as this, which I know is always the aim of GROS, and ScotlandonLine, the GROS contractor for ScotlandsPeople.

I had the same thing happen, but they credited me 5 credits. The image I needed was on the previous page and they gave me the credits to "go back" to it.

I've downloaded a fair few OPR images so far and that was the only one that was wrong. Considering the humungeous task they undertook, I think they have done a brilliant job!

Said it before, but it's worth repeating...

Fair play to SP.

The entry I wanted was 2 pages further on and They gave me 10 credits to page forward 2 pages to find my entry.

Also 10 credits for my trouble.

Same thing happened to me, index and data did not match, sent a contact form last night and this morning a note from SP was waiting for me.

The record was two pages back, so they gave me 10 credits to page backwards to get the correct image

This has been an enormous task and they have come well prepared to fix customers problems

to the staff at Scotlands People

I sent in a contact form on Tuesday as the same thing happened to me, the image and index didn't match. Came home from work tonight and I'd been sent an email with the image attached. Brilliant

I've always found the response to any problems that I've had have been rectified very quickly and efficiently...and I always thank them by return email.

I too had an index and data not matching. Contact form sent and 5 credits on my account to get the right page.
I sent a thank you e-mail too.
