Post by Maud Jarvis » Sun Nov 13, 2005 12:29 pm

My son attended the Armistice SAervice at the Menin Gate in Ypres yesterday and has taken some photos of the names on part of the gate.
If any of you had ancestors whose name may be there, I c an let you have a copy, obviously there are too many names to post, I`ll show just a few, but if you let me have the names and I`ll chec k to see if they are there.

Parrish/Pamplin/Kirk/Knopp/Lacey/Lake/Hann/Hall/Hallybone/Kentish
Also have a few gravestones
Captn.Aston
Lt Col.John McCrae
H.RodgersLt Barnett
Let me have a few details such as Regt etc and I`ll check if I have them

Also some general views of the graveyard, if anyone is interested in having one

Just let me know
Seeking any descendents from Ezekiel McCulloch, Port Glasgow, also Neil Barr (Greenock)

Thanks, Maud, for your kind offer.

Every time I come across one of your posts, I wish we could offer you some new information on Neil Barr and Ezechiel Mc Culloch.

Best wishes

Catriona
