Clutching at straws here as I'm finding it diffucult to find Mabel Anna, James or Jane in 1891.

I found this Jane in 1881 living at Anwoth - where James was born in 1884.

Did Jane have an occupation on James's birth entry?

Hi James Mother listed as Domestic Servant on his birth cert and as you sayAnwoth, but wasn' there a poorhouse there as well but Kinna sounds really like Kennan, (Poetic License) and Grasping at straws boy do I wish they had hindsight it would have all been neatly listed Ha Ha Regards Jo-an

Hi Mabel Annie Kennan was my grans mums name if it is the same person
