My greatGrandfather Daniel Crossan died in the Barnhill Poor House. Another relative died in the Glasgow Poorhouse. Are these two the same?
The archivist said there were applications for 4 Daniel Crossans, but he did not think that any of them were for my Daniel Crossan. If any kind soul is going to the Mitchell to look at the applications, would they try to see if any of these could apply to my GGrandfather, please?
Daniel Crossan, b abt 1843, Ireland, Died 25 11 1908 at Barnhill
former residence, Model Lodging House, Parkhead.
His widow Elizabeth Crossan (ms Farquhar (wrongly down as Parker on her DC 17 4 1909 )) may have been living at the Model Lodging House, or at Barnhill, or already at Woodilee Asylum, Lenzie where she died in 1909.
In the 1901 census they are living at 71 East Rose Street, Camlachie. Why would they have gone to a Model Lodging House?
Is there any way I can find out when Elizabeth Crossan was admitted to Woodilee Asylum?
Cheers to all

Annette,
Thank you so much for the info about Woodilee Archives. I will follow that up. Hopefully, we'll find my greatgrandmother.
Cheers
