Craigleith Poorhouse, Edinburgh.....

I have this poorhouse as the address at date of death for one of my ancestors. Can anyone tell me please where I might find any records of people in this institution, and what sort of records would there be?

Unfortunately, as far as I am aware all poorhouse records for Edinburgh were destroyed in the mid 1960s.

Dunbartonshire- Mcnicol, Davy, Guy, McCunn, McKenzie.
Ayrshire- Lyon, Parker, Mitchell, Fraser.
