Hello Jack

What size is a Fin on a red-herring!! Sorry about that couldn't resist it. Patrick had a cousin Bridget, but I don't think its them, 'cause I am sure she married in Ireland before she came over to Dumbarton. I will go and follow up on them to see if I can find out more. Thanks

Elizabeth

Emanc, on 8 March 2006, I searched the 1851 Census index, but could not find my Robert FITTON listed. Fortunately, young Robert was boarding at the home of his future wife and I couldn't believe I'd found him.

On 22 April 2006, while checking for Robert FITTON on the 1841 Census with no luck, I decided to do another search of the 1851 Census index and Robert FITTON came up on the search.

Perhaps Patrick will also turn up on the SP 1851 Census index in the future.
