Liz it looks like a possible match for William Cairns and Elizabeth Conn in Govan in 1883 - would they be yours?? (Scotlands People).

I used what you sent me to find other links.
So thank's again can i ask 3 lines down?
I only had 4 names to view and there was no one underneath.
William Howie Cairns. As Jean said he was the right one. He was the last on the list.
Is this the one you mean?

All I meant was that the given name of the Head of the next Household was clearly "William", so that, when compared with your family of interest, I'd also argue that the child in whom you're interested was also William.
