All the census years for Scotland are available on line at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
As you already know names, ages, places etc. you should be able to find the entries you want quite quickly using the search boxes there. For a small fee (and everyone has to pay to view, so no one is able to look these up for you for free) you can view and download the original page and see it with your own eyes - much better than just having someone else's version of what is there.
If you have any problems finding them on Scotlands People, just give us a shout!

Like Lesley says SP has the original census records but I see you have Ancestry to pinpoint them before you search and with a name like Brown...................
Looks like George senior died between 1881 and 1891 but they had another daughter Barbara.
Look for Barbara Brown born 1885 Midlothian. You'll find her with Eliza in 1891 and 1901 still at the same address.
