I don't recall any way to search for an address on the Census records.
If you have the name of the person and where they lived ie county/district you may be able to get them.
Having a rough idea of their age would also be very helpful.
But if it is a common name there could be lots of them around.

Why not just post the full address and the relevant year. There are Post Office Directories and newspapers that, with luck, may reveal a name, or at least the type of residence involved. There’s also Google Street View if it’s not too ancient. Hopefully it won’t be something like a tenement building with lots of resident families.
