Kincardine Ross census 1841 1851 .....
Does any one out there have any census info from Kincardine Parish for 1841 1851. I'm looking for info on William Ross crofter married to Flora Ross. They had a child William Ross who Married Margaret Munro in 1877 at Alness.

Hi Marion
The list of William Ross in Kincardine in the 1841 Census is long. Perhaps you would be best to go to the Freecen site and have a look for yourself. There are a few Floras too.

Beware of Kincardine - there are a few of them.
Kincardine, Ross & Cromarty
Kincardine, Perthshire
Abernethy & Kincardine, Inverness-shire and Moray **
Kincardine O'Neill, Aberdeenshire
Kincardine-on-Forth, Tulliallan parish, Perthshire and Fife **
Kincardineshire
** which county depends on when.
As you have references to Alness, I am assuming that you are looking at Kincardine, Ross & Cromarty.
All the best,
