Hi Stuart, don´t want to dampen your spirits, but England aint Scotland, so it´s only four counties in the 1891 census: Kent, London, Middlesex and Surrey (on 1837online)......
Is there anything worth researching north of Watford........
The sassenachs are starting to get organised, but can never catch up with Scotland as the info on statutory registers was so much more limited from the start.
BTW, Ancestry.co.uk has had fairly complete English census coverage for a while, of most years.
Good hunting,
Thrall
