Richardson Family .....

I am searching for information on a Elizabeth Richardson family from Airdrie. I believe she was born around 1891. I don't know much else about the family except she came to the United States in 1904. I also have a confirmation booklet that says she was confirmed on Dec. 13, 1907 at the Holy Trinity Church in Edinburgh. Can anyone help me? This is my grandmother on my father's side.

..and a warm welcome to TalkingScot.
Have you tried looking for your grandmother's birth at the Scotlands People web site? (link at top of page) For a small fee you should be able to see her original birth entry and this would give you her parents' names and place of birth.
The 1901 census is also available on the Scotlands People web site and this would maybe let you see her with her family.

If she was confirmed in 1907 in Edinburgh were they maybe still in Scotland at that date or did they maybe return to visit family then?

There is an Elizabeth Richardson b. 1892 in Airdrie. Hopefully it will be her.
