Hi Jean ive just looked again , their is a 39 year old James but hes with a 30 year old Isabella , i havnt downloaded the images but have searched all Greigs aged 29 to 100 and only 1 helen comes up aged 50 , all Aberdeen City.
If it is the right 1 you have do you have the Gro number.
Thanks Janette

They're there OK, but very faintly!

The district is decribed in the index as plain "Aberdeen". Only when you examine the page very closely, can "St Clements" be seen top left. The address could well be "2 Pork Lane" but it's only because you've quoted it that I can "see" it !

The reference is 168/A0 005/A0 037.

Thanks David , With Helen being down as Helen Rae thats what confused me their being no Helen Greig aged 33 . Having the page is better than having the transcription from Freecen.
Thanks again everyone Janette
