Good Morning
Can anyone tell me if I send a contact form to SP, will they change a transcription error?
I have finally found my Price ancestors on the 1841 census, sure its them as childrens ages are about right going by the 1851 but their mother's age is given as 68 when according to the 1851 census it should be 43, the writing is very bad though, so can't blame the transcriber.
Unfortunately, the husband wasn't present (dead?) so can't get further back on him.

Short answer, probably no !!

Slightly longer answer, maybe, if it's a very obvious transcription error, but there's no guarantee in this case that this is the correct family, or that what the enumerator originally transcribed from the Household schedule into the enumeration book wasn't correctly done!

Thanks for the reply. It is very bad writing.
I'm confident its the same family as they were at the same address in 1851.
I will attempt to upload the image so bare with me, haven't tried that before.

Thanks to Andrew P I have been able to upload census image to the gallery. Will also put 1851 entry up for comparison.
The family I am intrested in are on the righthand page of the 1841 image, names of Catherine Price, James Price Helen Price
