Mary Morgan 1881 .....

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can find a Mary Morgan born Malta about 13 years of age on the 1881. Nothing comes up at SP if I search using the birthplace. I have searched Glasgow, the one there isn't her, and a Scotland wide seach has some aged 14, but others seem too old. Her father should be William (shoemaker) and her mother Caroline.

I have Mary on the 1891 census married to John McDade (McDaid)...that's where I get the Malta from.

Looks like William massaged his age a wee bit because of his younger bride, I'm fairly sure this is yours:

Thanks very much Andy! I did suspect they may be away from Scotland.

I suppose all the overseas births indicate that William was in the army?

Thanks also for the birth record. I knew they had origins in Ireland because I am in contact with Mary Morgan's great grand daughter. SHe didn't know which area however.
