Hi Cathy
Doesn't look like anyone has access to Peebles census.

Best idea might be to order the 1851 film from your local LDS family history centre for a small fee - after all, you know they are definately in there! OR a trip to Edinburgh or a library local to the area which has census data... the area does not seem to be on Freecen yet.
