I am having trouble finding Alexander's family in the 1891 census. I have them in 1901 in Bothwell. I cannot find them in the areas they are likely to be in around this time.
Alexander (abt 35)
Margaret (wife abt 29)
William (b. 1888)
Alexander (b.1890)
The two sones are born in Glasgow, Lanarkshire. I am unsure as to which district as I havent been able to find their Birth Certificates yet.
In 1892 they give birth to Margaret in Bothwell, Lanark. So they have jumped from Glasgow to Bothwell between 1890 and 1892.
Alexander and Margaret married in 1885 in Kelvin and was a Joiner (Journeyman) at the time. He is later a coal pit labourer in 1892.
Can anyone help me find this family?
Thanks
Andy

Thank you. I do believe this is them. They have a son William and Alexander and also a James. I cannot make out what age he is but he is married. See the link below:

It looks to be 5.
Also later on in 1903/4 they have another son by the name of James. So could this first James have died and then the second one born later?
