Enumeration Districts .....

Where can I find a list of Enumeration districts?
I have a census entry in the 1901 census which is obviously a barracks but it does not state which or where on the census page.

View free header page just says
registration district 98
Enumeration district 33

In 1881 there is this:

Militia Barracks Highland Light Infantry
Census Place: Inverness, Inverness, Scotland
Source: FHL Film 0203421 GRO Ref Volume 098 EnumDist 19 Page 23

but I'll try to see if there is an additional header page.
