while searching on ancestry i found this
1861 census Cyril HAMDGSEYSTACHES age 8
i thought it must be a mistake surely
But on looking at the actual census return sure enough
there he is Cyril Hamdgseystaches age 8 born Liverpool a lodger in the household of John Hodge living in Aughton Lancashire
ps
I think he turned out to be Cyril Henessy in the 1871 .
