Hi Trishtrash
On the SP site it mentions:
Payment may only be made by credit or debit card at the moment, but other methods of payment may be available in the future e.g. vouchers.
So there may be another payment method at some point - but when, I don't know.
Best wishes
Lesley

Thanks for that. I will pop back to the site from time to time to keep up to date. I haven't bothered recently because I find it really irritating to search and find possibles then not follow up!!
Surname interest: McKenzie, Ballantyne in Lanarkshire. Wh(y)ite in Blantyre. McPherson. McNaught.

I'm not sure if SP are condsidering an annual subscription, but I'm sure there are lot of folk on here who would find it beneficial if they did!
Best wishes

Hi Trish
This is a quote from SP..
Are card payments secure?
Online card transactions are probably more secure than those conducted in a shop or by phone or fax because information transmitted online is highly encrypted. All of our card transactions are processed through our payment gateway providers, namely ETS or The Royal Bank of Scotland's secure payment gateways (primarily Worldpay) and regular audits conducted by the banking authorities aim to ensure the maintenance of a secure transaction environment. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
