1841 census CARNWATH

Post by Grace Carrick » Sat Jul 22, 2006 11:30 am

Thanks a bundle Jacky for the info, much appreciated. Yes there are a lot of Somervilles in Carnwath and some of the surrounding villages, which makes it all a bit confusing at times, and the names can be spelt with one or two M's and sometimes this can be transcribed wrongly, so the whole thing becomes more difficult. The Bryce's again, are in the same boat, as many lived not only in Carnwath, but round about. I'm hoping Ron above will send this data on to me. Thanks again for your help.
Grace.
