Click on Edit then on Find on This Page. Same as before, I think?

The File, Edit etc buttons are not there on the standard set-up of IE7. Now I see there is a magnifying glass button in the top right corner, just under the exit button. Click on the arrow button beside it for the search options. Amongst them is "find on this page".
Or to get back the traditional File, Edit etc buttons, right-click in the blank area between the buttons and select Menu Bar.
All the best,

I'd forgotten I'd had to add the Menu bar when I first set it up.
I'd noticed the magnifying glass but as I have the Google toolbar I'd never bothered to investigate it.

Thank you very much everybody. The magnifying glass is the answer. I thought it was my google search button so hadn't tried it. That's great.

IE7 - Favourites
Hi all,
The reason i didn't keep IE7 was because when looking at any web page,
my Favorites column was overlapping onto the page looked at.
But on IE6 the Favorites were shown down the left hand side and i could still see the whole page.
I prefer them to be shown, but when not needed it was just a click on "Favorites" at top for a full screen.
And of course clicking on it again quickly returned the list.
Is there a solution to this "overlapping" in IE7, or is that just the way it is?
And am i making my self understood?
Ta - Jack

Hi Jack,
At the top right of the overlapping favourites menu, there is a button with a left arrow. Click on that and then the favourites menu pushes the webpage out. Then you can drag the right edge of the favourites menu to the width that suits you.
If you close the favourites menu, you need to repeat this process to reset the menu width.
All the best,
Andrew

But thanks to yourself, i now know how to keep my favourites beside me.
