When there's been such a problem, and there's then a post that the problem has been solved or at least gone away, but
you are still experiencing a problem, then what will probably help you is to delete the history and cookies in in InterNet Explorer or whatever browser you are using.
In INet Explorer v6, the menu is Tools, Internet Options, then click on "Clear History" and "Delete Cookies" (under the General tab).
In that same menu, under the heading "Temporary Internet Files", click on settings and check which button is clicked in the list "Check for newer versions of stored pages", - it should be anything but "Never" !!
What may have been happening to you is that you've latterly been "seeing" the page stored on your computer earlier from when there was a problem............
Also, in this situation, hitting the "Refresh" button on the main browser menu can often help.
