(a) Locate a supply of nice clean animal bones, - i.e. get the abattoir to strip of all the remaining bits of flesh, tendons, etc., - that's all good stuff to put back into the food chain as "mechanically recovered meat" :shock:

(b) Buy a grinder, and a bagging machine.

(c) Grind bones, and bag the resultant "dust", more normally referred to as "meal", given the similarity in appearance to oatmeal etc. .......

(d) Place adverts in the local press for the excellent fertiliser that you can now supply; and sit back and wait for the profits to roll in!

(e) Ignore totally any employee complaints about lung problems (deriving from the dust) - you don't really want to spend money on extensive dust control systems, do you?

(f) Ensure that you have sufficient fire insurance coverage, as this is one of those situations where concentrations of dust in the air can develop that are highly explosive, and given the slightest spark, you've lost your factory; but the insurance company should pay up :wink:
