Hi Everone, Iwould i send some information to a member of TS though a private message are would i have to post it in the Gallery many thanks from Ellen :oops:

If you want to send a private message - click on 'You have no new messages' at the top of this page. Click on 'new post' and enter the persons user name in the box with a subject, write your message, then send.

I should have explained myself better what i wont to do is send a TS member a 1901 census that i found on SP i was looking for my family and noticed the same surname the member was looking for on TS so i sent a private message got one back saying the TS member would like to see it the trouble is i dont know how to attach the file to a private message hope this makes sense :oops:

Probably the easiest way would be to ask them for their personal email address and send the attachment that way.

Ellen don't be :oops: we all have difficulties in some areas & I think I would struggle to attach something to a PM-isit even possible?

Thanks to all who helped me i did what nelmit advised and i got e-mail from the TS member so have sent the census of to them thanks again from Ellen
