Hi watsonwhite,

Welcome to TalkingScot! [scotland-flag]

Can you tell us a little about the family that might help in finding them? Where have you already searched for them? I assume you have searched for them on the 1861 census on Scotland's People (link at top of this page).

Regards,
Anne H

A search of the Glasgow Herald for that full address brings up only a lengthy article on November 2, 1855 about a court case involving a John Goldie of High Street, Glasgow. A John Campbell, tailor, of 87 Stockwell Street, Glasgow was called as a witness.
