Searching a Genealogist in BC

Post by Gladfyfe » Fri Nov 29, 2013 11:17 pm

Hello, I wonder if anyone in this forum is in contact with Margery Kapas of British Columbia? She has published a couple of booklets on families in Angus, particularly Clarks. I believe she is elderly and has perhaps stopped doing intensive genealogical research but it would be great to correspond with her as she has helped with our family's tree in the past and we are, if distantly, linked. The two email addresses that I have for her bring no response.

Many thanks,

Helen

Hi Helen:

Although we don't post personal information outside the the timelines posted in Essential Reading viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6601, Margery included personal information on http://www.biblerecords.com/clark.html

It identifies an entry submitted Dec. 1996 by:
MARGERY CLARK KAPAS
#407 220 - 7TH STREET
NEW WESTMINSTER B C CANADA
V3M 3K4

I will send you an e-mail.

Hello Helen & Frances,

She seems to have some connection to West Point Grey United Church.

More here, either the relative or the society may know more.

Those posted email addresses have probably been spammed into extinction.

All the best,
