Today's upgrade of the SP site restored the facility lost at the end of May to view for free the header page of an enumeration book after paying 5 credits to view a census data page. See the "View Free Header" button top right when you are viewing a census page.
This is often the only way of determining the nature of an institution.
It also gives a description of the area covered by the enumeration district, becoming more and more detailed the later the date of the census.
It's often a vital method of checking the extent of an enumeration district, as the the exact boundaries can change from one census to another.
As regards the fact that it took 4 months to restore this facility, I couldn't possibly comment
