Active X active again?

Hi all, Microsoft updated Win XP today with my consent. Amongst other updates was a revamp of Active X, and lo and behold, I can now view images at SP using that viewer. Looks like Microsoft "updated" XP in September but slipped a spanner in the works at the same time so not SP´s fault.

Get my PMs working and I´ll be a happy man.

Hi Catriona, thank you for the sentiment, but as we say here in the far north, "Adam was not long in Paradise"! It only took a few days for the gremlins to de-activate Active X. A total crash of my two year old hard drive last month (no, I don´t keep any genealogy in the computer except for a "Favourites list") and I thought the newly installed Win XP with the latest tweaks on the new hard drive might sort things, but no.

Life just shouldn´t be too simple.
