HELP Needed Kings Again. 1851/ 1861 .....

I have been trying to find these family’s and there parents in the 1851/1861. And have given the card a thrashing on SP but to no avail. Both families were living west calder 1871 Shotts 1881 Both Men working in the mining.


John King born c 1820 old Monkland occupation Slate Miner
Agnes Greens b tollcross 1829
Henry King b 1852 Wishaw
Agnes king b1859 Ayr
Mary '' b1857 Shotts
Also Elizabeth king c1849 Tollcross


This is the births of two of the children a bit of discrepancy with the names but I do believe it is the right family and the correct name is King. I haven’t been able to find birth of Elizabeth or Henry.

MARY KANE - Birth: 31 MAR 1857 Shotts, Lanark
AGNES KANE - Birth: 01 NOV 1859 Kilwinning, Ayr

The next child to be born was John Makane 1862 kirkintilloch Dunbarton.


The other family being John kings Brother Henry b c 1830 tollcross
Wife Mary Mooney (king) b c 1840
Henry b 1860 kilwinning.


Also any information on there parents Henry king and Elizabeth Clarke would be appreciated.
On the marriage of Henry & Mary’s 1859 kilwinning marriage it states his father as deceased but not his mother Elizabeth.

So hope you can make sense of all this.

I guess there is one more spelling you should consider...you'll find John, Agnes, Elizabeth, and Henry on the bottom of a page in 1861. I didn't buy the next one to see who else was there Henry lead the way......
