I'm afraid I don't have access to Angus 1851, and you probably already have them on the 1841. They are on Freecen for the 1841:
At Cairnie Toll, St Vigeans-Angus
Carnegie William, M, 25, Labourer, born Angus
Carnegie Catheren, F, 25, born outside census county
Monro Mrs, F, 50, Toll Keeper, born outside census county
Monro Isabel, F, 15, born Angus
Anderson Margt, F 5months, born Angus
Could Mrs Monro be Catheren's mother?
